Lead and grow a team of supplier development engineers to qualify, scale, and improve suppliers for Starlink user terminals. Define qualification protocols, manage PPAP and reliability campaigns, drive supplier improvements using Lean and statistical methods, ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets, and coordinate cross-functionally while traveling frequently to supplier sites.

Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, audits, provisions, invoicing and withholding for APAC entities. Lead tax risk mitigation, coordinate with transfer pricing teams and external providers, support country launches and tax-related initiatives, and implement tax systems while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead supplier development for Starlink user terminal mechanical hardware: define technical and quality requirements, improve supplier quality/cost/delivery/capacity, run root cause analysis and PPAP, collaborate cross-functionally, identify new suppliers, and drive product/process improvements to enable production ramp.
