Lead knowledge management and technical guidance on carbon standards and methodologies. Track regulatory developments (Article 6, ICVCM), synthesize updates for internal teams, support project technical checks, assess methodology impacts on project pipelines, and contribute to advocacy, training, and business development activities within the Compliance Markets team.

Lead technical assessment and development of jurisdictional REDD+ projects across the project lifecycle. Provide policy analysis, track methodologies (ART TREES, Verra), manage feasibility/advisory assignments, coordinate geospatial data and dMRV integration, prepare reports, and support business development and finance inputs for carbon monetization and project implementation.

Lead policy and market analysis for compliance carbon markets, support government engagement (especially in Asia), drive business development and compliance deal structuring, produce analytical reports and dashboards, and coordinate commercial strategy, knowledge sharing, and communications across sales, sourcing, and portfolio teams.
