The role requires technical fluency in DevOps, software engineering, CI/CD, Git, code quality, and security, combined with strong communication, analytical ability, and customer-facing judgment.

Leads enterprise sales expansion across Japanese, Korean, and other Asian banking and financial services institutions. Develops strategic account plans, advises C-suite stakeholders, navigates regulated procurement, and closes complex software agreements exceeding USD 50,000. Coordinates solution engineering, product, marketing, and channel teams to deliver AI governance, code quality, security, and DevSecOps solutions. Drives pilots, enterprise standardization, renewals, expansions, and measurable customer value.
