Leads enterprise sales expansion across Japanese, Korean, and other Asian banking and financial services institutions. Develops strategic account plans, advises C-suite stakeholders, navigates regulated procurement, and closes complex software agreements exceeding USD 50,000. Coordinates solution engineering, product, marketing, and channel teams to deliver AI governance, code quality, security, and DevSecOps solutions. Drives pilots, enterprise standardization, renewals, expansions, and measurable customer value.

Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn; research target accounts; build and maintain prospect pipelines using Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo; qualify leads; maintain CRM records; collaborate with marketing on campaigns; and transition qualified leads to sales teams.

Automate and operate production infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Monitor service health, triage critical alerts, manage SLOs and error budgets, develop infrastructure and policy as code, eliminate operational toil, maintain DevSecOps and observability tooling, and participate in incident response and post-mortem improvements. The role also requires expertise in infrastructure, configuration management, networking, IAM, security controls, and reliability engineering.
