Lead APJ full-funnel marketing to generate pipeline: plan and execute demand-gen programs, coordinate paid and organic channels, localize web and sales content (Japanese priority), support field events, manage translation vendors, optimize SEO/LLM visibility, track/report pipeline and ROI, collaborate cross-functionally, and steward regional marketing budget.

Leads Sonar’s APJ partner sales organization and owns partner-sourced revenue across ANZ, Southeast Asia, North Asia, and India. Manages Channel Account Managers, drives pipeline creation through VARs, SIs, and distributors, oversees deal registration and attribution, develops AWS co-sell and marketplace opportunities, recruits and onboards partners, manages joint business plans and QBRs, resolves channel conflicts, and coordinates with regional sales leadership. The role requires regular travel across APJ and strong channel sales leadership experience.

The Sales Development Representative conducts lead generation through prospecting, qualifying leads, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
