Manage and grow assigned territory accounts in Singapore (75% account management, 25% new acquisition). Deliver technical support, troubleshooting, product application guidance, customer training and merchandising. Build strategic account plans, analyze performance, present proposals, collaborate with internal teams, and achieve sales and sustainability goals. Travel occasionally.

The role involves general job knowledge and basic understanding of job functions, with limited technical expertise. Errors may lead to rework.

Manage and grow large hospitality accounts (75% account management, 25% new business). Develop strategic account plans, cross-sell cleaning and hygiene solutions, provide technical troubleshooting and training, deliver presentations and P&L-informed proposals, monitor account performance and reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Occasional travel required.
