Provide pre-sales technical expertise, install and demonstrate TASKI floor machines, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, maintain service records, sell spare parts and service contracts, schedule visits, and train customers.

Manage and grow assigned territory accounts in Singapore (75% account management, 25% new acquisition). Deliver technical support, troubleshooting, product application guidance, customer training and merchandising. Build strategic account plans, analyze performance, present proposals, collaborate with internal teams, and achieve sales and sustainability goals. Travel occasionally.

Manage and grow large hospitality accounts (75% account management, 25% new business). Develop strategic account plans, cross-sell cleaning and hygiene solutions, provide technical troubleshooting and training, deliver presentations and P&L-informed proposals, monitor account performance and reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Occasional travel required.
