Leads APAC revenue and sales operations initiatives, manages daily operations for the APAC Sales VP, analyzes revenue data, identifies risks and opportunities, improves CRM data hygiene, develops operational roadmaps, and prepares reports, models, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.

Manage SolarWinds’ APJ and China channel partner network, including distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and MSPs. Responsibilities include partner recruitment, business planning, enablement, performance reviews, sales support, distribution and order management, relationship development, and revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and presales teams, along with regional travel to partner and customer offices.
