Develop and execute supply plans aligning customer demand, production capacity, supplier constraints, inventory targets, and service levels. Lead supply reviews within S&OP and MPS processes, manage approved plan execution, monitor supplier commitments, resolve supply issues, optimize inventory, and collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. Improve planning processes, data quality, and overall supply chain performance in an international environment.

Lead pilot-line transfers, new product introductions, incoming-material qualifications, and product industrialization for semiconductor manufacturing. Coordinate prototype and bulk qualification with operations, product engineering, R&D, and business teams. Analyze process data, execute DOE and short-loop experiments, manage process flows, specifications, sampling plans, BOMs, control plans, and quality and safety documentation. Drive process improvements, cost-efficiency initiatives, and production-readiness activities.

Lead semiconductor product industrialization, pilot-line transfers, new product introductions, incoming-material qualification, and prototype and high-volume manufacturing qualification. Coordinate with operations, product engineering, and R&D to introduce products into production. Analyze process data, lead improvement taskforces, manage control plans, specifications, workflows, BOMs, product cards, and process changes, and execute designed experiments and short-loop qualification activities.
