Maintain, troubleshoot, qualify, and optimize plasma etch equipment in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, process and yield improvement, equipment installation and qualification, spare-parts tracking, documentation, safety compliance, and collaboration with process engineers and vendors. The role supports equipment uptime, OEE, defect reduction, PM compliance, and continuous improvement while handling vacuum, high-voltage, and hazardous-gas systems.

Provides specialized technical expertise for RITE equipment, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, diagnostic testing, configuration, maintenance, optimization, documentation, quality assurance, safety compliance, and training. Collaborates with equipment and process engineers to implement improvements, resolve failures, enhance efficiency, and maintain reliable operations.
