Design and develop internal services and deployment automation tools in Go; build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines; manage Kubernetes production and pre-production environments; evolve internal deployment platform (Packman); implement IaC with Terraform and Ansible; optimize ephemeral/stage environments; improve observability with Grafana/OpenSearch/Prometheus; collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and delivery speed.

Manage end-to-end long-term incentive (LTI) programs and cap table ownership: pricing, reconciliations, grant lifecycle, dilution modeling, automation in Sheets, and prepare executive reports while supporting broader compensation and benefits initiatives.

Manage operational and analytical cost-optimization tasks end-to-end. Analyze reports and partner metrics, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, support partners in Bitrix CRM, improve partner processes and tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase efficiency.
