Manage operational IT Change Management across production environments, including change request reviews, risk assessments, approvals, scheduling, CAB facilitation, stakeholder communications, reporting, governance, compliance, and closure. Coordinate high-risk and business-critical changes with technical, application, infrastructure, incident, and management teams. Support production stability, process quality, audit readiness, and user guidance in a bilingual French-English banking environment.

Build, maintain, and optimize enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend and Apache Spark. Develop batch and streaming data workflows, tune distributed processing jobs, resolve pipeline failures and data-quality issues, optimize SQL queries, and support data governance, schema management, and lakehouse integrations. Collaborate with solution architects and remote Agile teams through standups, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Lead the architecture, governance, and scaling of a modern data lakehouse for a UAE government initiative. Design Talend-based ingestion pipelines, enterprise metadata and data quality frameworks, and distributed processing and query layers using Spark, Impala, and Iceberg. The role provides technical governance, architecture reviews, engineering-team mentorship, stakeholder presentations, and compliance oversight, with occasional travel to the UAE.
