Provides hands-on support for accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month-end closing, accruals, master data maintenance, and financial controls. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and supports finance system implementation and process improvement initiatives, including commission automation and vehicle payment workflows. Ensures compliance with financial policies and GST requirements.

Sell pre-owned vehicles by engaging walk-in customers and leads, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, identifying customer needs, recommending suitable cars, negotiating and closing sales, coordinating delivery, and providing after-sales support. The role also requires maintaining showroom standards, building long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Provide executive support to the Managing Director including calendar management, travel and expense coordination, meeting preparation and minute-taking, stakeholder liaison, and ad hoc reports. Also handle corporate services tasks (mail distribution, invoice processing, travel logistics) and assist CSR planning and execution, ensuring timely, confidential, and professional administrative support.
