Improves supply-chain and manufacturing processes through business analysis, root-cause investigation, advanced planning systems, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools. Partners with operations, planning, finance, technical teams, and leadership to define requirements, prioritize requests, manage changes, support UAT and deployment, and deliver actionable insights. Builds and governs Custom GPT solutions for supply-chain analytics while ensuring appropriate knowledge sources, testing, accuracy, access controls, and documentation.

Owns and enhances enterprise supply-planning solutions, serving as the liaison between supply-chain users and technical teams. Responsibilities include investigating planning exceptions, configuring o9 models and workflows, integrating SAP and enterprise data platforms, developing SQL and Python data pipelines, validating data quality, translating business requirements into technical designs, and supporting testing, deployment, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Responsible for detailed design of digital circuits, SoC integration, verification using multiple methods, and documentation of requirements and designs.
