Supports product marketing for Signify’s outdoor lighting portfolio by managing the 4Ps, product launches, go-to-market activities, positioning, pricing, portfolio gaps, inventory, compliance, customer insights, personas, NPS action plans, and product training. Collaborates cross-functionally with segment marketing, channel marketing, end-user marketing, and marketing communications to drive profitable growth.

Leads complex customer projects involving Dynalite lighting controls and hospitality technology from sales handover through acceptance and operational handover. Oversees project strategy, technical implementation, schedules, budgets, P&L, contracts, risks, subcontractors, supply chain, commissioning, testing, customer relationships, and executive reporting. Requires extensive experience with multidisciplinary teams, luxury hospitality developments, GRMS, building systems integration, and commercial project governance.

Manage end-to-end customer projects from handover through acceptance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Create schedules, manage SAP orders and P&L, coordinate subcontractors and system engineers, enforce O2C processes, control risks and change orders, and hand over to Customer Services while maintaining stakeholder communication and project documentation.
