Lead Sierra's brand design presence in APAC as the region's first brand designer. Localize global campaigns, design GTM presentations, support regional events and physical touchpoints, build brand systems, collaborate with global teams, and maintain high craftsmanship and consistency across markets.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales: prospect and generate leads, build and maintain executive relationships, negotiate and close complex $1M+ deals, develop sales strategy and GTM motion, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and deployments.

Partner with sales to develop pricing proposals and ROI case studies, and collaborate with product, marketing, and ops to define pricing and packaging strategy. Support complex negotiations and data-driven GTM operations to optimize customer deals and commercial outcomes.
