Lead and develop an enterprise sales team across Southeast Asia, owning regional revenue performance, forecasting, pipeline quality, and quota attainment. Hire, coach, and mentor strategic account executives; support complex enterprise deals, negotiations, and closing strategies; and partner with Revenue Operations on data and execution. The role also involves building go-to-market strategies, analyzing market opportunities, and developing future sales leaders.

Manage and mentor an APJ Sales Engineering team across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Korea, and Japan. Lead technical sales engagements, build product demos, present solutions, support enterprise customers, establish team KPIs, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Adapt sales engineering strategies to regional markets, strengthen Sales alignment, and connect customer business needs with Sierra’s AI agent platform for technical and non-technical audiences.

Design and demonstrate AI agent solutions for enterprise customers, provide technical guidance throughout the sales process, and translate customer business needs into product and engineering requirements. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams while building executive and technical customer relationships and supporting customer-driven product development.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales: prospect and generate leads, build and maintain executive relationships, negotiate and close complex $1M+ deals, develop sales strategy and GTM motion, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and deployments.
