Designs scalable, secure end-to-end technology solutions spanning applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. Defines architecture and technology choices while balancing performance, security, cost, and scalability. Produces architecture documentation, guides implementation through technical discussions and code reviews, and collaborates with stakeholders on requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.

Operate and monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and containerized environments. Manage deployments, configurations, patching, maintenance, incident response, root cause analysis, monitoring, access controls, backups, and recovery. Automate infrastructure provisioning and repetitive tasks while improving platform reliability, performance, availability, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.

Translates business needs into functional and technical requirements for software delivery. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating user stories and process flows, defining system behavior and integrations, analyzing process gaps, supporting QA and user acceptance testing, managing requirement changes, assessing impacts, and maintaining traceability. Collaborates with clients, product teams, engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout Agile software development projects.
