Leads Shield AI’s field marketing organization across the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific. Develops regional strategy, scales teams, executes account-based marketing, manages major defense events, supports capture and sales efforts, builds executive stakeholder relationships, and drives pipeline impact. The role requires expertise in international aerospace and defense markets, government and military procurement environments, multi-country team leadership, and extensive international travel.

Lead proactive talent discovery and market mapping across EMEA and APJ for Go-to-Market and Engineering roles. Build data-driven sourcing strategies, generate pipelines using advanced Boolean and niche platforms, engage passive and cleared candidates, coach recruiters and hiring managers, and partner with TA ops, branding, and university teams to optimize outreach and hiring outcomes.
