Lead QA activities for manual and automated testing: gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, produce documentation, perform manual tests and write automation scripts (keyword-driven). Collaborate with onshore teams, ensure product accountability and process controls, and apply banking/lending domain knowledge. May require overseas work.

Design and build end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, own user-story development and testing, perform system administration and configuration, log work in ADO, follow Agile and coding best practices, troubleshoot with stakeholders, and document processes and reporting.
