Leads SGGC’s AI transformation and digital product development, including AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, internal tools, and technology platforms. The role combines hands-on software engineering, architecture, coding, code review, secure solution delivery, and technical risk assessment with building and managing a small engineering team. Responsibilities include identifying AI use cases, partnering with stakeholders, managing vendors and integrations, and establishing engineering standards.

Leads end-to-end talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and stakeholder partnership. The role also improves HR processes through automation and HR technology, supports compliance, and contributes to broader HR initiatives and projects within a lean environment.

Conduct market research on emerging green and bio-economy technologies across global markets, identify investment opportunities, present technology trends, assess inbound opportunities, support due diligence and competitive analysis, and maintain the internal CRM. The role requires a currently enrolled technical degree student with strong analytical, teamwork, initiative, multitasking, and independent-working skills. It is based in Singapore for three to six months.
