Own and grow Saxo’s institutional client portfolio across Asia. Develop pipelines, acquire strategic partners, negotiate contracts, oversee onboarding, and manage ongoing relationships. Build trusted connections with senior decision-makers, create strategic growth and go-to-market plans, coordinate specialist teams, and resolve escalations. The role requires extensive financial markets, fintech, brokerage, wealth management, business development, and relationship management experience, with regular travel across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Provides client onboarding, customer service, trading and funding support through calls, chats, and CRM cases. Conducts cold calls to prospective clients, supports first funding and trades, manages account access and updates, handles platform incidents, and shares product campaigns. The role gathers client feedback, participates in events, follows compliance and service-level procedures, and collaborates with global teams to resolve escalated issues.

Acquire and onboard high-net-worth and active trader clients, build pipelines, run client events, communicate product changes, ensure clients can trade on Saxo platforms, and meet KPIs while delivering excellent client service.
