Serve as strategic HR partner for regional commercial and corporate functions in Singapore, advising on org design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, performance, employee relations, and regional engagement initiatives. Collaborate with HR COEs, use people analytics/AI for data-driven solutions, lead DEI and engagement activities, and liaise with senior management in South Korea.

Lead end-to-end integrated 360° marketing campaigns for Samsung Visual Display products, managing ATL/BTL, digital, retail and partner channels. Coordinate agencies and internal teams, optimise campaign performance against KPIs, run channel and co-branded promotions, manage budgets, produce performance reporting, and ensure brand, legal and creative alignment. Support website/content updates, events, asset production and strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement and sales conversion.

Lead AI operational excellence across the SEAO region by analyzing processes, standardizing SOPs, coordinating AI projects end-to-end, managing governance and platform administration, and delivering dashboards and executive reporting to drive adoption and measurable business value.
