Lead and coach a 7–10-person APAC sales development team in Singapore. Drive outbound and inbound prospecting, pipeline generation, lead follow-up, sales meetings, performance metrics, and rep development. Collaborate with Marketing and field sales to achieve regional targets, monitor CRM activity, develop messaging and call skills, and report results to stakeholders. The role requires in-office work three to five days weekly.
