Teams at Rogo

Own a portfolio of mid-market APAC accounts, driving adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account strategies, manage client relationships, lead QBRs, support financial workflows, monitor customer health, mitigate churn, and relay feedback to product and engineering. The role partners with investment banking and investment professionals while coordinating cross-functional initiatives and demonstrating measurable customer ROI.

Provide chat and email support to APAC B2B SaaS clients, resolve issues within SLAs, diagnose root causes, develop workarounds, and identify process improvements. Collaborate with Support Managers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Post-Sales teams to share customer insights and improve operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, customer focus, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment involving AI and finance.

Support customer trust, security assurance, and compliance programs by responding to security questionnaires and risk assessments, maintaining security documentation, translating technical controls for customers, collecting audit evidence, and supporting frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR. Collaborate with security, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams to improve trust workflows and compliance practices.
