Support customer trust, security assurance, and compliance programs by responding to security questionnaires and risk assessments, maintaining security documentation, translating technical controls for customers, collecting audit evidence, and supporting frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR. Collaborate with security, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams to improve trust workflows and compliance practices.

As a GTM Associate, you will manage leads, engage in outbound sales, collaborate with marketing, and maintain CRM records while becoming a product expert.

Responsible for driving new business and expansion in APAC, building C-Suite relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and ensuring successful adoption of solutions.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers across pre- and post-sales; design scalable, secure cloud and Kubernetes-based deployments; advise on IaC, networking, IAM, and security; support onboarding, troubleshoot integrations, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure adoption and expansion.

The Customer Support Manager will manage escalated issues, optimize support processes, analyze metrics, document procedures, and assist in team development within a rapidly growing organization.

Lead enterprise partnerships with major financial firms across APAC: develop and execute AI strategies, oversee partnership lifecycle, align engineering/product/GTM, measure success, and help land multimillion-dollar contracts while ensuring excellent user experiences.

Own enterprise APAC client portfolios end-to-end: drive adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Run QBRs, build account and success plans, monitor customer health, manage escalations, influence stakeholders, and relay product feedback to engineering.
