Teams at Ripple

Coordinate end-to-end customer activations across Ripple products and global teams. Guide institutional customers through setup, investigate edge cases, resolve blockers, maintain data accuracy, report activation status, manage dormant accounts, and drive process improvements. The role requires strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, compliance awareness, and experience with fintech or payment operations.

Drive regional growth for Ripple’s payments, custody, XRP Ledger infrastructure, stablecoin, and real-world asset tokenization offerings across the Middle East and Africa. Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, banks, exchanges, enterprises, and crypto companies. Lead complex deals from sourcing through negotiation and implementation, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage partner relationships, and represent Ripple at industry events.

Supports 24/7 crypto and fiat operations through reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding, settlement, and transaction recording. Partners with Finance, Markets, Risk, Treasury, Legal, and customers to monitor activity, resolve operational breaks, maintain settlement instructions, and improve processes. The role also identifies automation opportunities, supports system configuration, and develops expertise across crypto markets, financial operations, and risk management.
