Supports 24/7 crypto and fiat operations through reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding, settlement, and transaction recording. Partners with Finance, Markets, Risk, Treasury, Legal, and customers to monitor activity, resolve operational breaks, maintain settlement instructions, and improve processes. The role also identifies automation opportunities, supports system configuration, and develops expertise across crypto markets, financial operations, and risk management.

Design, build, scale, and maintain cloud infrastructure for an enterprise reconciliation platform. Lead infrastructure architecture, deployment, availability, security, and continuous improvement across AWS and Azure environments. Provide technical direction and mentorship, own feature delivery, and establish engineering standards for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment. Work with distributed systems, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, containerization, data infrastructure, and high-volume transactional workloads.
