Partners with commercial leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, talent and performance processes, organizational change, compensation and engagement. Advises on labor relations, analyzes workforce data, coordinates with specialist People teams, supports restructures and transformation, and coaches leaders to improve team effectiveness and employee experience.

Leads dry bulk freight market analysis, including supply-demand modeling, vessel capacity forecasting, freight outlooks, market reports, and executive briefings. The role translates commodity trade flows, fleet dynamics, and market developments into commercial insights supporting procurement, marine logistics, trading, and broader freight strategy. It also improves analytical tools, documents methodologies, and automates data collection, processing, and reporting workflows.

Leads the creation and operation of Rio Tinto’s global second-line ethics and compliance assurance capability. Responsibilities include designing assurance frameworks, monitoring controls and risks, establishing governance, producing executive and Board-level reporting, leading a multidisciplinary global team, and overseeing compliance data, reporting systems, analytics, learning, and communications. The role partners with risk, internal audit, technology, and senior governance stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
