Supports Pilbara iron ore sales planning, spot sales execution, tender evaluation, and sales database management. Coordinates contracted shipment execution with scheduling, operations, technical marketing, and commercial teams; monitors vessel schedules, cargo allocations, customer priorities, and operational risks. Maintains demand and customer data, supports process and system improvements, manages shipment nominations and vessel vetting, and administers contract matters while providing timely customer updates.

Manage aluminium supply chain planning and execution across commercial and operational teams. Lead S&OP demand and supply planning, optimize production allocation, identify value creation opportunities, coordinate logistics and delivery actions, manage finished goods inventory targets, and support working capital reduction. The role also drives continuous improvement and digital enhancements to supply chain data and processes while engaging stakeholders across sales, logistics, customer service, and aluminium operations.

Lead internal consulting projects addressing Rio Tinto’s highest-value business challenges. Structure complex problems, analyze information, test hypotheses, develop recommendations, manage workstreams, engage stakeholders, present findings to executives, and support implementation. The role partners across commercial functions in APAC to deliver sustainable business value and strengthen trusted client relationships.
