Drive regional commercial performance across SEAO through regular monitoring, dashboard maintenance, and diagnostic analysis. Partner with market commercial teams to produce regional reports, support business reviews and presentations, consolidate budget and LE exercises, and lead regional performance community engagements and projects from planning through delivery.

Lead regional commercial performance and excellence across SEAO: set strategy, deploy commercial and CS initiatives, run performance centre of excellence, lead sales planning, implement reporting/BI, coach a high-performing team and align markets with HQ to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
