Provides end-to-end HR operations support across employee onboarding and offboarding, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, benefits, employee records, statutory compliance, reporting, vendor management, HR projects, and administrative support. The role maintains Workday and SAP data, coordinates compensation activities, supports employee engagement initiatives, manages HR-related vendors, and assists with Singapore labor compliance, government claims, purchase orders, and travel arrangements.

Provides comprehensive executive support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, correspondence, confidential information, meetings, events, travel, budgets, and cross-market coordination. Acts as a liaison between regional leadership, headquarters, Maison teams, and external stakeholders. Prepares reports and meeting materials, tracks deadlines and action items, supports internal administrative processes, and improves operational efficiency while exercising discretion and sound judgment.
