Serve as a Van Cleef & Arpels boutique ambassador by welcoming clients, driving sales, developing loyalty, presenting the Maison’s history and creations, providing personalized service and after-sales support, and maintaining operational excellence. The role also involves achieving sales objectives, using in-store tools, following commercial policies, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Supports Piaget’s Commercial department through sales reporting, commission calculations, dashboard maintenance, inventory analysis, boutique administration, vendor and payment coordination, CRM gift and visual merchandising collateral ordering, maintenance logistics, and commercial project support.

Deliver personalized luxury client experiences, build long-term relationships, achieve sales targets, represent the Maison, and support daily boutique operations. Responsibilities include clienteling, product storytelling, negotiations, after-sales support, events, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and boutique maintenance.
