Provides HR operations support across Singapore and neighboring markets, managing the employee lifecycle, work passes, HRIS systems, records, payroll coordination, relocations, policies, compliance, audits, and HR improvement projects. Partners with HR stakeholders, vendors, and internal functions to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient people processes while supporting employee experience and data-driven decision-making.

Supports client and event activations across SG and ASEAN, including eDMs, event logistics, registration, vendor coordination, guest lists, gifting, inventory, and follow-up. Prepares engagement reports, presentations, and competitor analyses; consolidates client service inquiries; and provides administrative support. The role develops experience in luxury retail, client relationship management, event execution, and client engagement.

Drives commercial performance across Singapore, ASEAN, and Malaysia through KPI tracking, reporting automation, dashboards, forecasting, and data-driven recommendations. Partners with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to coordinate performance reviews, planning, action plans, and strategic projects across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. Prepares executive presentations, identifies sales growth opportunities, and supports the Commercial Director in establishing commercial management practices.
