Lead site reliability and cloud operations for highly available application systems. Responsibilities include monitoring, alert response, on-call support, incident handling, performance optimization, compliance, secure access, auditing, change and release management, rollback planning, automation, infrastructure optimization, and technical documentation. The role also provides operational guidance for business architecture and supports scalable cloud services.

Lead Java software development projects from inception through deployment and monitoring. Mentor 2–5 developers, conduct code reviews, design and optimize core components, solve high-concurrency technical challenges, and contribute to scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant architectures. Collaborate with regional teams and business partners while promoting engineering best practices and participating across the full software development lifecycle.
