The role requires staying current with AI advances and independently solving complex algorithmic problems.

Lead a Java development team of 2–5 engineers, managing technical projects from planning through deployment and operations. Responsibilities include mentoring, code reviews, software design and development, refactoring, performance optimization, high-concurrency problem solving, scalable architecture, and ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and participation throughout the software development lifecycle.
