Lead and manage complex end-to-end offboarding across APAC jurisdictions, provide first-level employee relations advice, conduct investigations, draft termination documents, coordinate stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation to enhance compliance and client experience.

Provide immigration compliance and global mobility support for APAC clients and employees: manage visa and work permit applications, monitor regulatory changes, handle escalations, advise on business travel and sponsorship, maintain case management and billing systems, build stakeholder relationships, and improve processes through automation and documentation.

Manage complex, multi-jurisdictional employee exits and first-level employee relations cases with legal compliance and excellent client service. Lead termination and settlement meetings, draft documents, coordinate stakeholders, process offboarding in HRIS, mentor juniors, and drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance customer and operational outcomes.
