Manage end-to-end offboarding and employee exits across APAC jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and strong client experience. Provide first-level employee relations support, conduct preliminary investigations, guide progressive discipline, draft termination documents, coordinate stakeholders (payroll, legal, unions), process exits in HRIS, and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development.

Lead strategy and delivery of reporting and insights across dashboards, report builders, exports, APIs, and AI experiences. Partner with Data, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Ops to build accurate, auditable payroll-grade reports, drive adoption, and embed explainable AI insights. Define KPIs, manage stakeholders, and ensure scalable, trustworthy reporting for customers and internal teams.

Lead and scale the APAC lifecycle contracts management team, own planning, implementation and SLAs, act as SME on contract and labor law issues, recruit/train and coach team members, optimize processes and automation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and operational scale.
