Lead termination and settlement meetings, draft documents, coordinate stakeholders, process offboarding in HRIS, mentor juniors, and drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance customer and operational outcomes.

Lead and manage complex offboarding and employee relations for external employees across APAC, ensuring legal compliance and excellent client experience. Provide first-level ER support, conduct investigations, draft termination documents, coordinate stakeholders (payroll, legal, unions), mentor junior team members, and drive process improvements, automation and AI initiatives to optimize lifecycle operations.

Manage complex international employee exits and provide first-level employee relations advice. Lead termination meetings, draft documentation, coordinate stakeholders, ensure legal compliance, mentor junior staff, and drive process automation and improvements across the offboarding lifecycle.
