Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio across SEA & ANZ to drive adoption, retention and measurable outcomes. Lead onboarding, develop success plans, monitor customer health, deliver business reviews, surface growth opportunities and coordinate with Account, Product and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and renewals.

Partner with Account Managers to translate customer needs into technical Life Sciences solutions. Lead pre-sales discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations, support tender responses, document requirements in CRM, and ensure smooth post-sales handover to Customer Success while driving conversions and providing product feedback.

Serve as first point of contact for consumers, manage and resolve data and consumer rights cases within SLAs, investigate data enquiries, apply corrections, maintain documentation, and communicate service issues to stakeholders.
