Leads the UK&I Data Engineering team, setting technical strategy and overseeing delivery of data products, ingestion pipelines, reporting solutions, and customer-facing capabilities. Drives Azure and Databricks cloud modernization, data governance, security, privacy, compliance, and AI adoption. Responsibilities include team leadership, talent development, workforce planning, cross-functional stakeholder management, and collaboration with global engineering, product, analytics, architecture, and operations teams.

Prospect for new business through phone, email, and LinkedIn; research and qualify leads; coordinate with Marketing; document prospect information; schedule demonstrations and meetings; build sales pipeline; and identify decision-makers. The role requires strong English and Korean communication skills, presentation ability, self-management, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn. Sales and scientific research experience are helpful but not required.

Develop and onboard strategic partners, build partnership pipelines, generate new business opportunities, and support partner-led revenue growth. The role involves stakeholder relationship management, partner enablement, forecasting, reporting, industry events, and collaboration across internal teams. Success is measured by new partner acquisition, pipeline creation, revenue generation, onboarding, engagement, and achievement of business objectives.
