Develop LangGraph/LangChain agents, evaluation and observability pipelines, RAG and vector-search systems, and production LLMOps practices. Integrate AI services into Node and React applications while optimizing prompts for cost, latency, and accuracy. Collaborate with product, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders, and mentor colleagues on agent design and evaluation.

Own the end-to-end people function for a multicultural, distributed team: lead talent acquisition, retention, engagement, performance and development cycles, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and international EOR/work-pass administration to support rapid global growth.

Support the marketing team across content, social, email, SEO, analytics, and market research. Create and schedule content, assist email campaigns and SEO tasks, compile performance reports, conduct industry research, collaborate cross-functionally, and own a small stretch project while learning marketing tools and processes.
