Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift solutions. Provide architectural guidance, proactive support, technical reviews, incident coordination, upgrade assistance, and implementation guidance for cloud, containerized, and automated platforms. Collaborate with engineering, product, support, solutions, field, and partner teams to resolve issues and drive adoption. Maintain customer engagement plans, document environments, share best practices, mentor colleagues, and travel within the region as needed.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers using Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift. Manage customer relationships, provide architectural guidance, conduct technical reviews, support cloud and containerized platform implementations, investigate incidents, and coordinate issue resolution with engineering and support teams. Develop engagement plans, document customer environments, guide upgrades, share best practices, mentor peers, and communicate cloud solution roadmaps. Travel within the region may be required.

Designs production-ready enterprise AI and Kubernetes architectures, leads customer workshops and proofs of concept, advises executives, integrates technology partners, and influences product roadmaps. The role requires strong Kubernetes, Python, automation, AI/ML platform, MLOps, observability, GPU infrastructure, security, and regulated deployment expertise, along with exceptional technical communication and customer consulting skills.
