Own the technical and strategic success of enterprise customer accounts in Korea and ASEAN. Guide onboarding, platform configuration, integrations, threat intelligence workflows, executive reviews, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Advise security teams on emerging threats and intelligence tradecraft, monitor account health, communicate customer needs internally, and mentor colleagues. The role requires Korean fluency, enterprise cybersecurity experience, technical integration expertise, and strong stakeholder-management skills.

Manage 50–75 customer accounts across ASEAN and ANZ to retain renewal revenue, achieve targets, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, accurate renewals. Track opportunities in Salesforce and collaborate with account directors, customer success, channel partners, leadership, and customers. The role requires sales experience, strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and account management skills in a competitive environment.

Generate qualified sales opportunities across ASEAN through account research, outbound and inbound prospecting, executive-level engagement, discovery calls, and multi-channel outreach. Maintain account intelligence and Salesforce data quality while partnering with Account Directors, Marketing, and other teams. Apply sales methodologies, exceed meeting and pipeline targets, and continuously improve through coaching and enablement.
