Own the technical and strategic success of enterprise customer accounts across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Advise security teams on threat intelligence, integrations, workflows, and platform optimization; monitor usage and account health; lead executive and technical reviews; mitigate renewal risks; identify growth opportunities; and collaborate with sales, product, intelligence, and data science teams. Mentor colleagues and deliver measurable intelligence-driven business and security outcomes.

Drive pipeline growth across ASEAN enterprise accounts through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, meeting generation, discovery, and collaboration with Account Directors. Engage senior stakeholders, map accounts, develop targeted outreach, qualify opportunities, and contribute to revenue pipeline. The role requires SaaS or technology sales experience, familiarity with sales tools, cybersecurity interest, Singapore-based work, regular office attendance, and international travel across ASEAN.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise cybersecurity accounts, drive new business and renewals, own full sales cycle using MEDDPICC and value-based selling, engage C-level stakeholders, partner with channels and Customer Success, and consistently meet revenue targets.
