Own the technical and strategic success of enterprise customer accounts across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Advise security teams on threat intelligence, integrations, workflows, and platform optimization; monitor usage and account health; lead executive and technical reviews; mitigate renewal risks; identify growth opportunities; and collaborate with sales, product, intelligence, and data science teams. Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise cybersecurity accounts, drive new business and renewals, own full sales cycle using MEDDPICC and value-based selling, engage C-level stakeholders, partner with channels and Customer Success, and consistently meet revenue targets.

Manage and grow enterprise cybersecurity accounts in Indonesia: own full sales cycle, acquire new logos, drive upsell/renewals, use MEDDPICC and value-based selling, and coordinate with partners and Customer Success to meet revenue targets.

Analyze large-scale flow-based network telemetry to identify malicious infrastructure and threat actor behavior. Produce intelligence assessments and reports, lead research projects, collaborate with teams, brief government customers, and apply structured analytic tradecraft to inform public-sector and critical infrastructure decision-making.

Lead APJ accounting operations across Australia, India, Japan, and Singapore, managing month-end close, reconciliations, statutory reporting, audits, intercompany and cash processes, indirect tax oversight, SOX controls, outsourced provider performance, and an APJ accountant. Provide regional leadership, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with local GAAP and group requirements.

The Senior Technical Account Manager drives customer success by overseeing account management, ensuring intelligence platform adoption, conducting reviews, and identifying growth opportunities. They liaise with customers and internal teams, providing strategic advice and developing customer success plans to enhance platform usage and value realization.
