Supports product qualification and reliability testing from new product introduction through mass production. The role analyzes test data, prepares reports and dashboards, investigates defects, tracks corrective actions, maintains quality documentation, coordinates reliability labs and suppliers, and collaborates with compliance, engineering, manufacturing, and customer support teams. It also contributes to process improvement, lab audits, build events, and AI-enabled analytics.

Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment, including SAP order processing, inventory reconciliation, replenishment, shipment coordination, returns, issue resolution, logistics provider management, and performance reporting. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize inventory, reduce excess and obsolete stock risks, maintain fulfillment compliance, and ensure timely delivery to partners and customers.

Ensures product quality and reliability from development through mass production. Executes NPI qualification testing, analyzes failures and performance data, supports AI-enabled defect detection, performs root-cause analysis, and drives corrective actions. Maintains quality plans and QMS documentation while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, compliance, and customer support. Coordinates external laboratories, supplier validation, factory builds, audits, and production qualification activities.
