Conduct multibody dynamics, dynamic balancing, structural and modal FEA, and simulation validation for a high-speed sports robot. Build fixtures, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems; run performance, durability, repeatability, and tolerance tests; analyze sensor data; support test automation and reporting; and collaborate with mechanical, hardware, firmware, and software engineers on design reviews and failure investigations.

Designs production-ready mechanical products for manufacturability, assembly, performance, reliability, and compliance. Translates customer needs into engineering specifications, conducts design studies, validates products through empirical testing and analytical models, manages technical risks, and collaborates with global cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and optimize time-critical C/C++ firmware for ARM Cortex-A systems, build peripheral drivers (I2C, SPI, GPIO, ADC, timers), work with U-Boot and RTOS, support product evolution and SoC bring-up, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure low-latency, reliable embedded systems.
