Designs and validates production-ready mechanical products, optimizing manufacturability, assembly, performance, reliability, and compliance. Translates customer needs into engineering specifications, conducts design studies, evaluates risks and trade-offs, and collaborates with global cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. The role requires hands-on mechanical design expertise, manufacturing-process knowledge, analytical modeling, and empirical testing experience.

Design, implement, and optimize 3D vision and deep learning algorithms for real-time sports analytics. Develop CNNs and vision models, perform camera calibration and 3D reconstruction, and deploy/optimize models on embedded edge platforms using quantization and pruning. Architect scalable CV pipelines and APIs, collaborate cross-functionally to integrate solutions into product ecosystems.

Support broad HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, communications, employer branding, HR operations, and organizational initiatives. Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR information and documentation, assist with reporting and process improvements, and collaborate with international teams. Contribute to employee experience and organizational change projects while researching AI, automation, and emerging workflows. This hands-on internship requires strong communication, organization, curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail.

Conduct multibody dynamics, dynamic balancing, structural and modal FEA, and simulation validation for a high-speed sports robot. Build fixtures, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems; run performance, durability, repeatability, and tolerance tests; analyze sensor data; support test automation and reporting; and collaborate with mechanical, hardware, firmware, and software engineers on design reviews and failure investigations.

Develop and optimize time-critical C/C++ firmware for ARM Cortex-A systems, build peripheral drivers (I2C, SPI, GPIO, ADC, timers), work with U-Boot and RTOS, support product evolution and SoC bring-up, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure low-latency, reliable embedded systems.

Translate product direction into actionable requirements, maintain backlog, and coordinate cross-functional engineering and QA teams for hardware-software products. Anticipate integration dependencies, track progress and risks, define validation criteria, support field testing, and document release readiness to ensure timely, high-quality launches.

Join the hardware/firmware R&D team to prototype, test, and iterate sports products. Tasks include PCB design in Mentor PADS, board-level repair and troubleshooting with multimeter and oscilloscope, evaluating component EOL, soldering, and supporting product development from concept to production.

Lead full hardware development lifecycle from concept to production: schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, validation, and system-level debugging. Optimize measurement accuracy, signal integrity, and reliability; collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and algorithm teams; ensure regulatory compliance and production readiness.
