Develop and optimize time-critical C/C++ firmware for ARM Cortex-A systems, build peripheral drivers (I2C, SPI, GPIO, ADC, timers), work with U-Boot and RTOS, support product evolution and SoC bring-up, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure low-latency, reliable embedded systems.

Design, implement, and optimize 3D vision and deep learning algorithms for real-time sports analytics. Develop CNNs and vision models, perform camera calibration and 3D reconstruction, and deploy/optimize models on embedded edge platforms using quantization and pruning. Architect scalable CV pipelines and APIs, collaborate cross-functionally to integrate solutions into product ecosystems.

Manage day-to-day group financial operations including consolidation, statutory reporting, intercompany reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting and variance analysis. Monitor cash and treasury, support audits, ensure compliance (GST, transfer pricing), maintain ERP data integrity (NetSuite/SAP), and drive process improvements and automation for finance reporting and controls across multiple jurisdictions.

Develop and integrate device software across Linux BSP, drivers, middleware, and C++ applications. Debug and optimize multi-threaded, low-latency systems. Work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and algorithm teams to deliver reliable, production-ready embedded features with strong focus on accuracy and real-world performance.

Translate product direction into actionable requirements, maintain backlog, and coordinate cross-functional engineering and QA teams for hardware-software products. Anticipate integration dependencies, track progress and risks, define validation criteria, support field testing, and document release readiness to ensure timely, high-quality launches.

Join the hardware/firmware R&D team to prototype, test, and iterate sports products. Tasks include PCB design in Mentor PADS, board-level repair and troubleshooting with multimeter and oscilloscope, evaluating component EOL, soldering, and supporting product development from concept to production.

Lead full hardware development lifecycle from concept to production: schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, validation, and system-level debugging. Optimize measurement accuracy, signal integrity, and reliability; collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and algorithm teams; ensure regulatory compliance and production readiness.
