Lead quality engineering for membership and loyalty capabilities, designing and executing functional, integration, API, contract, automation, and end-to-end tests. Build reliable test suites, validate loyalty points and personalized recommendations, manage test data, ensure cross-browser and cross-device quality, define testing strategies, and improve coverage using AI-assisted tools. Collaborate with engineering and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle while leading quality engineers in the loyalty and personalization area.
