The AI Governance Manager will lead AI governance initiatives, ensuring ethical AI system deployment while overseeing compliance, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.

Supports the Sales Proposition Lead by translating product strategy, customer insights, market trends, and product features into value propositions, sales narratives, commercialization plans, launch materials, and distributor enablement. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives across Product, Distribution, Marketing, Customer, and Training teams, evaluates competitive positioning, gathers feedback, tracks performance, and recommends improvements to drive growth across protection, health, wealth, and retirement segments.

Price insurance products according to financial benchmarks and regulatory requirements. Support product delivery, launches, product feature and design queries, actuarial decision-making, and ad hoc projects. The role requires actuarial technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and familiarity with Prophet, ALS, SQL, DCS, or Alteryx. Candidates should have at least five years of actuarial experience, progress toward professional actuarial qualifications, and a relevant degree.
