Leads Prudential’s agency digital transformation portfolio, including product ownership, business design, requirements, prioritization, delivery governance, UAT, adoption, and platform performance. Oversees the transformation team, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, drives agency-force activation, and supports strategic planning, reporting, investment decisions, business cases, and ACR deliverables.

Supports end-to-end product launches by defining business requirements, coordinating stakeholders, planning and executing UAT, managing defects, verifying deployments, and creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials. The role also drives continuous improvement, governance adherence, risk management, and delivery quality across business, technology, and operations teams.
