Develops and manages internal corporate communications, including articles, posts, videos, photos, presentations, speeches, and employee updates. The role involves editing communications, maintaining an editorial calendar, collaborating with business units, supporting employee and agency town halls, coordinating stakeholder visits and major events, and engaging senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Support Prudential Singapore’s IFRS 17 actuarial reporting, including standards interpretation, business requirements, ETL and actuarial model improvements, UAT, data preparation, forecasting, reconciliations, results analysis, audits, and process re-engineering. The role coordinates local and regional stakeholders, ensures auditable reporting controls, and provides actuarial insight across multiple reporting bases.

Leads and governs end-to-end product delivery and launches across multiple platforms. Establishes delivery plans, manages risks and dependencies, oversees requirements, solution design, UAT, defects, releases, implementation, training, and post-launch assurance. The role drives stakeholder alignment, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and governance while managing, coaching, and developing the Product Delivery team.
