Supports governance and quality assurance of Pre-Transaction Checks within the Distribution Risk team. Reviews assessments, sales documentation, and customer interactions; validates accuracy and compliance; identifies control gaps and market conduct trends; documents and escalates findings; supports remediation and coaching; and collaborates with Distribution, Risk & Compliance, and Learning & Development teams to strengthen processes and controls.

Analyzes sales and distribution performance data to deliver forecasts, reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. Supports channel strategy, compensation analysis, KPI monitoring, and business decision-making. Builds automated reporting and AI-enabled analytics solutions using tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Python, and generative AI. Ensures data accuracy, security, governance, and validation while communicating findings to internal teams and external partners.

Supports investment management operations, including investment-linked fund activities, corporate actions, fund changes, documentation, product launches, and portfolio updates. Coordinates with stakeholders and fund managers, maintains customer-facing information, develops controls and procedures, and identifies process automation opportunities. Also contributes to digitalization, system enhancements, UAT, strategic investment initiatives, approval papers, reports, and management presentations.
