Oversee all technical production elements (lighting, audio, video, automation/rigging, performer flying) and run show-calling for a portfolio of theatre productions and guest entertainers. Lead and schedule a team of up to 20 production staff, manage rehearsals, ensure cast/crew/guest safety, perform risk assessments, handle chemical and inventory management, and maintain outstanding guest service standards aboard cruise vessels.

Manage onboard F&B stores: record, control, issue inventory, monitor consumption and discrepancies, assist with inspections, support loading and emergency duties, and maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Serve as a shore excursion sales agent selling and upselling tours, assist with bookings and lounge setup, monitor returning tours, handle guest complaints with empathy, and follow company sales, training and operational procedures to meet financial targets.
