Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound account leads within a fixed book to generate qualified opportunities for Account Managers and BDRs. Conduct discovery, qualify prospects, maintain Salesforce records, use sales tools to craft outreach, and collaborate to grow account pipeline while contributing to team culture and company initiatives.

Provide Tier 1 support to PitchBook clients via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues, document interactions in Salesforce, meet contact volume and quality goals, collaborate with global teams, and surface customer pain points to inform product improvements while supporting company initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of strategic clients to drive retention and expansion. Serve as product expert, onboard and train clients (including in-person), analyze customer health and usage with Catalyst and Tableau, conduct business reviews, document interactions in Catalyst, collaborate with Account Managers, and drive engagement through Highspot and tailored communications.
