Leads manufacturing transformation across Philips sites by defining technology roadmaps, implementing manufacturing systems, driving Industry 4.0 adoption, and managing continuous improvement initiatives. The role designs digital solutions, dashboards, and simulation models; collaborates with technology partners; and ensures quality, safety, regulatory, environmental, cost, and compliance requirements are met.

Lead Philips’ APAC Enterprise Informatics sales strategy and multi-country sales teams. Drive pipeline growth, strategic deals, tenders, account expansion, renewals, forecasting, pricing, and revenue across radiology, cardiology, and pathology informatics. Build executive healthcare relationships, coach sales leaders, coordinate cross-functional customer solutions, and ensure compliant transitions to implementation and customer success.
