Moves materials and finished goods throughout plant, office, and warehouse operations using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks. Provides technical support to high-rise warehousing operations, troubleshoots process issues, completes inventory documentation, and uses computerized inventory systems. Follows SOPs, cGMPs, safety and quality requirements, participates in audits, and supports process improvements that increase efficiency, throughput, and quality.

Design, monitor and improve pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to ensure GMP, quality, EHS and data integrity. Lead production campaigns, troubleshoot process issues, develop SOPs, train technicians, drive continuous improvements and support cross-functional investigations and transfers.

Manages customs compliance and day-to-day customs operations across APAC, ensuring adherence to local regulations, Pfizer policies, GDP/GMP standards, and health authority requirements. Identifies and mitigates customs risks, prevents penalties, oversees brokers and authorities, monitors performance, and drives corrective actions and process improvements. The role also leads regional projects, represents APAC in global forums, and supports compliant movement of pharmaceutical products.
