Lead FP&A reporting and forecasting for APAC affiliates (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Pacific). Drive monthly close, rolling forecasts, cash and P&L monitoring, prepare presentations and automated dashboards for APAC Management and HQ, business partnering, identify risks/opportunities, and support finance transformation handover (EPM, MDM, Beyond Budget).

Manage assigned wholesale customers to drive distribution, sell-out execution, revenue growth and market share. Serve as commercial and operational contact for wholesalers, manage rebates/claims/credit notes, support order-to-cash and Easy24 adoption, coordinate cross-functionally, and run wholesaler activations and business reviews to improve execution and expand distribution.
