Coordinates marketing and business development activities, including proposals, qualification packages, presentations, marketing collateral, media materials, website content, campaigns, events, public relations, and award submissions. Conducts client and market research, ensures brand consistency and accuracy, tracks production deadlines, collaborates with graphics teams, and provides studio administrative support, including vendor coordination and special projects.

Lead all phases of urban design projects: manage teams, define scope and budgets, conduct site analysis, develop analytical and design drawings, integrate zoning and policy, coordinate stakeholders, mentor staff, and deliver client- ready presentations and documentation.
