Lead all phases of urban design projects: manage teams, define scope and budgets, conduct site analysis, develop analytical and design drawings, integrate zoning and policy, coordinate stakeholders, mentor staff, and deliver client- ready presentations and documentation.

Support studio marketing and PR efforts for the Asia region: prepare proposals and presentations, draft and proof collateral, manage media and website content, coordinate events and vendor/admin tasks, and assist Office/Talent Manager.

Contribute to urban design projects under guidance: conduct site research and analysis, develop sketches and digital models, produce drawings and documentation, integrate zoning and policy, support client/public presentations, and coordinate with consultants while following firm standards.
