Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, engineering records, BOMs, routings, and ISO documentation. Support production, product transfers, NPI, cost reduction, alternate sourcing, Industry 4.0 initiatives, yield and quality improvement, RMA evaluations, technician training, and safety audits. Collaborate with design engineering and production to support new and existing product lines.

Evaluates value-engineering and cost-reduction initiatives through system-level testing, verification, validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Investigates customer-returned instruments, identifies root causes, validates corrective actions, and supports product quality and reliability. The role contributes to new product introduction transfers, test-method readiness, manufacturing support, defect tracking, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality teams.

Supervise production teams to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Manage materials, technician training, manpower, schedules, and production processes. Lead lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S, safety, HIRA, inventory control, and process-quality initiatives. Coordinate across departments, maintain line discipline, improve throughput and efficiency, and support personnel development and operational projects.
