Leads mergers and acquisitions integrations and enterprise transformation initiatives. Manages operational, cultural, and organizational integration activities; maintains M&A playbooks and processes; coordinates cross-functional teams; develops scorecards; resolves integration challenges; and communicates strategies and progress to stakeholders while driving organizational change and operational efficiency.

Consult with prospects on technical product questions, gather feature requirements with Product teams, create client collateral, execute RFPs and proposals, present competitive analysis, and serve as the primary technical client contact. The role also establishes test accounts, provides tailored solutions, and shares best practices to improve team effectiveness and process quality.

Leads sales development strategy and provides strategic direction to the SMB commercial team. Responsibilities include resolving complex sales development problems, managing diverse and complex projects, establishing methods for new assignments, and implementing initiatives that improve global processes. The role requires strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills, along with at least eight years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.
