Leads engineering efforts for agentic commerce, knowledge, and personalization solutions. Coordinates engineers, defines technical tasks, makes architectural decisions, improves systems and processes, and establishes engineering standards. Builds AI agents across the full lifecycle using Python, Java, LangGraph, RAG, prompt and context engineering, GCP Vertex AI, databases, and vector databases. Represents PayPal with external partners and stakeholders.

Leads go-to-market execution across international markets from Singapore. Translates strategy into commercial plans, coordinates Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Finance, and other teams, and manages investment trade-offs. Drives revenue growth through strategic partnerships, channels, pricing, and foreign-exchange levers. Negotiates complex partnerships, influences product and technical priorities, represents customer needs, and leads multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable business impact.
